The Cayman Islands Basketball Association (CIBA) organises various leagues and clinics throughout the year for kids, teens and adults.
The Cayman Islands Basketball Association (CIBA) offers a Youth Development Training programme that is available for ages 10-16 (male and female) and takes place on Thursdays and Fridays from 3.30pm-5.30pm at the Kings Sports Centre at a cost of CI$25 per month.
The CIBA has eight (8) national programmes: U15 (male and female), U17 (male and female), U23 (male and female) and Senior (male and female) for which athletes are prepared for regional and national competitions during the year. Athletes for these programmes are selected through the Talent ID programme. Interested persons can reach out to CIBA at info@caymanbasketball.com for more information on the Talent ID programme.
Currently there are ten (10) leagues: U12 (male and female), U14 (male and female), U16 (male and female), U19 (male and female) and Senior (male and female). Persons interested in joining these leagues should contact the CIBA Competitions Committee via email at: competitions@caymanbasketball.com.
The Basketball Academy is hosted each Saturday morning at the First Baptist Christian School gymnasium from 9am-12.30pm during the school year and caters to three age groups: ages 7-9, ages 10-12 and ages 13-16.

ACX Basketball offers training for children ages 6–15 years old. As well as teaching children basketball skills, they also aim to help participants grow in character, competence and confidence using a games-based approach for learning.
