Predominantly played by women, netball is a ball sport played between two teams of seven players. Like basketball, each team attempts to score goals by passing the ball down the court and throwing it through a ring. Unlike basketball, you cannot move with the ball.
Netball Cayman operates several netball programmes across the Cayman Islands. Beginning with its grassroots development programme, Turtle Netters, which caters to children ages 5-10. The organisation also offers programmes for U12, U14, U16, U21, and Adults. Cayman Fury Netball Club is a nonprofit organisation led by experienced coaches, providing girls with opportunities to play, develop their netball skills and build confidence in a supportive, fun and passionate environment. The club welcomes girls of all skill levels aged 10–14, with eight schools currently represented across our teams. Members commit to twice-weekly sessions on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
