South Sound Community Centre Playgroup is very popular and is open to babies a few days old until around five years old. They meet every Monday morning between 9.30am-11.30am at the Community Centre on South Church Street (except Public Holidays). The cost is CI$8 per family, per session and includes light refreshments.
The National Trust runs their popular Little Explorers Playgroup, an early childhood development and education initiative to encourage families with infants and toddlers to be active participants of their environment by providing natural and quality play experiences.
Story Time is also held on Saturdays at 10.30am at the West Bay and George Town Libraries. Both events are free to attend.
