Apex Gymnastics provides a wide range of programmes for various age groups and skill levels, ensuring everyone from beginner to elite athletes receive proper training.

Their Toddler Open Gym is specifically designed for children aged 0-5, then when your child turns two they can join Mommy and Me classes, and at 3 they can join Tiny Tumblers. Their soft play setup is perfect for developing motor skills in a safe and playful environment. There is also a bounce house and low balance beams. Your child will burn off energy and make new friends! The Toddler Open Gym is on Fridays from 9.30am-11am, and the Mommy and Me classes are on Mondays from 10.30am-11.15am.
