MyFirstGym is a one stop fitness shop for children aged 0-15 years.

Based on the science of physical literacy, MyFirstGym has a class for every child. Whether the child is new to movement or a budding athlete, shy or outgoing, wants to improve performance or just have fun, they have a class for every child.

MyFIrstGym has 60+ classes on the timetable every week including MFG Ninja, Parkour, Gymnastics, MFG Fit, Fitclub, Martial Arts and Dance. There are also classes for babies and toddlers.

Holiday camps and birthday parties are also available.
