There are several great vegetarian and vegan options in Cayman, some of which are fully dedicated vegan restaurants with exciting and innovative plant-based offerings. For restaurants that aren't strictly veggie, you can usually find one or two plant-based options on the menu, while others are very happy to make swaps where possible.
Camana Bay
The Edgy Vedge is a fully plant-based eatery and marketplace located in Camana Bay. Enjoy vegan meals that are bursting with flavour, including saucy cauliflower wings, tasty pizzas, delicious salads and so much more
Seven Mile Beach
The extensive menu aims to please all palates and includes gluten-free options, as well as fresh ingredients and raw superfoods. Expect hearty dishes that are seasonal, hot soups made fresh daily, green smoothies, fresh juices and delicious baked goods such as their gluten-free Banana Bread. Their artisan coffee is also one of the best on the Island.

Union has over 25 vegan or vegetarian dishes across their menus. One menu is entirely dedicated to the herbivores in Cayman.

West Bay
VIVO is a vibrant blend of vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian delights. A mix of Asian, Indian and Mexican, amongst others, VIVO is a beautiful spot on the shores of West Bay where vegan and vegetarian food is celebrated. VIVO also specialises in gluten-free dishes.
