Kaibo’s ‘Luna del Mar’ dining experience started the full moon celebration scene. On the Friday closest to the full moon you can enjoy a nine-dish sharing feast on a torch-lit beach with lanterns, a fire pit and a DJ. Cayman Ferries operates from Camana Bay to Kaibo for CI$20 per person.
