Food & wine societies are quite similar to social clubs. They are a way to broaden your social life and meet new, likeminded people in Cayman.
Below are two well known food organisations. While very welcoming, they may require new members to be recommended by an existing member.
International Wine & Food Society (IWFS)
Cayman’s branch of the IWFS was first chartered in 1987, and they now have over 100 members. They host a number of events throughout the year, including wine tastings, dinners and cooking demonstrations. They also have a members-only wine inventory. Slow Food South Sound
