Lead Physiotherapist Rose has vast experience with athletes of all levels and her treatments incorporate various manual therapy techniques. These include dry needling, along with prescribing comprehensive rehabilitation programmes. She specializes in vestibular rehabilitation and collaborates with ENT specialists in this area. With her passion for providing excellence in care and her extensive knowledge base, Rose strives to ensure that everyone she sees reaches their goals.

The Team
Rose Watt, originally from South Africa, has over 14 years of experience with a special interest and expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, headaches and dizziness. She also has vast experience with all athletes; from the amateur to elite and national competitive athletes. Rose uses a hands-on approach to treatment, utilising various manual therapy techniques, including dry needling, along with prescribing thorough rehabilitation programmes. She also specialises in vestibular rehabilitation and collaborates with ENT specialists in this area. Rose is a passionate therapist and using her experience coupled with up-to-date evidence-based knowledge, she strives to ensure that everyone she sees reaches their goals and some.
Paula Tully is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist from Cape Town, South Africa. She graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2013 and has furthered her studies while working, completing courses in Dry Needling, APPI Mat Work Pilates and Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy. She most recently completed MSc in Exercise and Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town, graduating with a distinction in her dissertation on shoulder injuries. Paula enjoys working with all types of muscle, tendon and joint injuries. She has a particular interest in athletes of all abilities, from weekend warriors to elite sportspeople. Paula believes in a holistic and rehabilitative approach to physio treatment. She adapts every session to the individual needs of her patients, using a combination of hands-therapy and exercise to help them achieve their functional or sporting goals.
