For many years, people living in Cayman have been very fortunate to have access to free palliative and hospice care at Jasmine. The charity provides care to improve the quality of life for people living with a serious illness and support for their loved ones. Palliative care can be beneficial at any stage of a long-term illness and can be provided alongside treatment.

Care can be provided at a patient’s home, at one of Jasmine’s out-patient clinics, or at Jasmine’s purpose-built facility, depending on the needs and wishes of patients and their families. Anyone needing palliative care support from Jasmine can be referred by themselves, a family member, next of kin, or a physician. Referrals can be made by completing the form at jasmine.ky/contact/referrals/, by emailing nurses@jasmine.ky, or by calling 945-7447.
