About Sunrise Adult Training Centre
For adults with disabilities. The Centre now serves over 100 clients.
The primary functions of the facility are to provide vocational training and therapeutic programmes for adults with disabilities. The Sunrise Adult Training Centre works to increase their clients’ function and independence, and to promote full inclusion within the larger Caymanian community. These goals are achieved through in-centre employability skills training, life-skills training, occupational therapy, therapeutic use of the arts, recreational and fitness programmes, coupled with community-based internships and supported employment opportunities.
