Ritch & Conolly’s regulated affiliate, Foreshore Corporate Services Ltd., provides corporate management services, including the incorporation of various types of companies on behalf of local and overseas clients, the registration of overseas companies as foreign companies in the Cayman Islands, and providing registered office and administrative services to such companies, thereby ensuring that all of its client companies meet the necessary compliance and filing requirements.
The firm also handles related immigration work including work permits and prepares and submits applications to the Trade and Business Licensing Board for the grant and renewal of business licences.
Foreshore Corporate Services Ltd. also acts as Secretary or Assistant Secretary, if required, and in certain circumstances, as nominee shareholders.
Its administrators act to ensure that its clients meet all the necessary compliance and filing requirements in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands.
