Hampsons and Company have merged with a predominantly commercial firm, Parker Pineda. Paul Parker now heads the firm's corporate/commercial practice. Paul trained and worked at a leading commercial law firm in London and thereafter worked with one of the world’s leading offshore firms in the Cayman Islands.

Investment Funds
Advice on all aspects of hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds and other major types of investment funds. In conjunction with the firm’s corporate service affiliate, H & C Corporate Services Limited, we are able to assist with establishing funds, fund formation and structuring, fund registration and regulation with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (“CIMA“) and fund terminations and liquidations. In addition, we assist with establishing and registering fund managers with CIMA and have particular expertise in establishing a physical presence in the Cayman Islands sufficient to satisfy the Cayman Islands Economic Substance requirements.
