About Revolutions Indoor Cycling
Established in 2006, Revolutions is a family-owned and operated indoor cycling center that combines passion for fitness with a personal touch.
The studio stays current with the latest music, course designs, and motivational techniques.
Each student is personally fitted on their bike and guided through the proper execution of all drills. Instructors emphasize individual attention, ensuring that every participant receives close monitoring throughout the class. Classes are designed to cater to everyone, regardless of fitness level. Rather than being categorized by difficulty, our classes encourage each participant to work at their own pace. The studio's warm, non-judgmental atmosphere, decorated with racing bikes and photographs, invites everyone to feel welcome and supported, no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
Revolutions also provides a safer, low impact exercise alternative during pregnancy, with instructors experienced in working with expectant mothers, which can be seen on their website.
In addition to indoor cycling, Revolutions specializes in bike maintenance and repair, as well as the sale of bikes and accessories. Led by Jerome, whose knowledge of bikes, cycling, and racing is unparalleled across the island, the studio offers expert bike services. With a lifetime of experience in cycling and triathlons, Jerome's passion for bikes is evident in every repair, tune-up, and custom fitting. Whether you're a casual rider or a seasoned competitor, Jerome's expertise ensures your bike is in the best hands. His passion for the sport and dedication to his craft make him a trusted source for advice on everything from bike selection to performance upgrades. Revolutions also specializes in bike sales, accessories, spin bike rentals, deliveries, and corporate sessions.
With classes running in the morning and afternoon, Revolutions accommodates both early birds and night owls. Popular classes include the SOCA class with Kaila at 6:30 PM on Mondays and the Run and Spin class with Jerome at 6:30 PM on Tuesdays (bring your running shoes!).
