About Revolutions Indoor Cycling
Established in 2006, Revolutions is a family-owned and operated indoor cycling centre.
Run by a husband and wife team of certified spinning instructors, Revolutions stays current with music, course design and motivational style. With 25 bikes (all with SPD pedals and cage options), 2 shower stalls, TV monitors, water bar and towel rental, Revolutions are prepared to meet your every spinning need.
Each student is personally fitted on their bike and guided through the proper execution of all the drills. Once in a class, they ensure each person is treated individually and monitored closely throughout the training experience.
They also specialise in bike maintenance and repair, as well as the sale of bikes and accessories.
