Founded in 2004, BDCL Architects is an architecture, interior design and project management firm based in Grand Cayman.
The managing director, Donal McGrath RIBA, has over 30 years of professional experience in the Cayman Islands where he was the principal in charge of many major projects for Government and the Private Sector.
The primary focus of the practice is to create high-quality, aesthetically pleasing and environmentally-responsible architecture which responds to the client’s functional requirements and budget. Where possible, they follow the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) green building rating system with respect to site development, water efficiency, energy efficiency, material selection and indoor environmental quality.
They believe in providing their clients with creative, reliable and cost-effective service in response to specific needs. They are renowned for working to fast track programmes and limited budgets, without compromising quality.
