About Seven Mile Swimmers
Seven Mile Swimmers is a fun, competitive and driven swim team for children aged six and over. Swimmers are motivated and encouraged to reach their goals, with training offered 7 days a week. Swimmers are grouped by ability and regularly swim at both local and off-island swim meets, often representing their country. Two-time Olympic finalist and former world number two Darren Mew is their Head Coach, supported by superb staff.
At Seven Mile Swimmers, they are dedicated to providing a positive, supportive, and encouraging environment for their swim team. They are an organization where everyone can strive to be their best selves in a fun and safe atmosphere.
They believe in focusing on quality swimming and good technique; results will naturally follow. Their goal is for each swimmer to reach their personal best, regardless of race outcomes. They recognise the value of swimming as a lifelong recreational skill, and their team relishes the opportunity to be valuable members of the community, aspiring to make a lasting impact on the Cayman Islands.
