Reside's expert team will guide you through the current Points System and if you are eligible to attain the 110 points in order to be assured the grant of Permanent Residence.

Caymanian Status
Unlock the privilege of Caymanian status through Reside's expert guidance on obtaining the Right to be Caymanian, a formal recognition of Caymanian nationality. This coveted status, essential for establishing your nationality in the Cayman Islands, can be acquired through various means: a grant by the Caymanian Status & Permanent Residency Board, exceptional cases by the Cabinet of the Cayman Islands, or by inherent right. Additionally, children who qualify and whose parent has been granted Caymanian status can apply to become Caymanian by Entitlement. However, it's important to note that this entitlement status automatically expires at age 18, requiring application for Continuation at age 17 to maintain their Caymanian status.
Achieving the Right to be Caymanian is a significant milestone, subject to meeting specific criteria laid out in the governing legislation. The process involves a thorough evaluation by the Board, which exercises broad discretion in deciding whether an applicant merits this distinction. Let Reside guide you through this intricate process, ensuring you understand every step towards achieving Caymanian status.
