About Ready2Work
Ready2Work is a government programme for Caymanian job seekers who are unemployed, underemployed, seeking a career change, or are recent high school or university graduates.
The programme delivers structured training, individual and group guidance, and other support services designed to help participants overcome barriers to employment and gain the skills needed to enter the workforce.
Ready2Work also partners with private sector employers who wish to connect with local talent. Participating employers may be eligible for a wage subsidy to assist with the costs of hiring and training programme participants.
The programme offers industry-specific training, paid internship opportunities and career development support, helping Caymanians gain valuable work experience and improve their employability.
