Paradise Villas is the only 100% Oceanfront Resort on Little Cayman. The resort features 12 one-bedroom self-catering villas plus an on-site restaurant.

All 12 individual cottages at Paradise Villas in Little Cayman offer unobstructed ocean views and private verandas sit just steps from the water’s edge. Each villa is equipped with a kitchenette, dining area and small BBQ. They provide the perfect accommodation in Little Cayman for couples, families, divers and those simply looking to unplug and relax.

Paradise Villas also features an on-site restaurant, the Hungry Iguana, pool and hot tub with decking overlooking the sea.

Paradise Villas is centrally located right at the end of the Little Cayman airstrip. Rates from CI$140 per night for a villa, and resident specials are offered.

The Hungry Iguana Restaurant

The only full service, a la carte restaurant on Little Cayman, the Hungry Iguana Restaurant and Sports Bar is situated on the ocean's edge, just steps away from the villas. Enjoy your meal inside in the air conditioned restaurant, or oceanside on their shaded patio.

Serving a combination of American fare (soups, burgers, sandwiches, pastas, steaks and salads) along with the Island favourites (seafood, conch chowder, lobster, jerk chicken) and specialties like curry, butter chicken, fajitas and pizzas, the kitchen is open daily for lunch and dinner except on Tuesdays. Coffees and beverages served throughout the day​.

Diving

The diving and snorkelling around Little Cayman is recognised as some of the best in the Caribbean, if not the world. Annual ratings in dive magazines and in leisure magazines continue to rate the underwater life here and the ease of access to it at the top of their lists. Bloody Bay Wall starts in as little as 12 feet of water so advanced divers and absolute beginners can all enjoy the view!

Paradise Villas works in partnership with Little Cayman Divers to offer morning dives 7-days a week. Divers can expect small groups and beginners an get certified in just 2 days! Pick up from the villas is around 7:15-7:30am, returning for lunch around noon. Divers will have to complete their dive waivers online in advance.
