Paradise Villas is an oceanfront resort featuring 12 one-bedroom self-catering villas, plus an on-site restaurant.

All 12 individual cottages at Paradise Villas in Little Cayman offer unobstructed ocean views and private verandas sit just steps from the water’s edge. Each villa is equipped with a kitchenette, dining area and small BBQ. They provide the perfect accommodation in Little Cayman for couples, families, divers and those simply looking to unplug and relax.

The Hungry Iguana Restaurant

The only full service, a la carte restaurant on Little Cayman, the Hungry Iguana Restaurant and Sports Bar is situated on the ocean's edge, just steps away from the villas. Enjoy your meal inside in the air conditioned restaurant, or oceanside on their shaded patio.

Serving a combination of American fare (soups, burgers, sandwiches, pastas, steaks and salads) along with the island favourites (seafood, conch chowder, lobster, jerk chicken) and specialties like curry, butter chicken, fajitas and pizzas, the kitchen is open daily for lunch and dinner except on Tuesdays. Coffees and beverages served throughout the day​.
