About Campbell College, Belfast
Campbell College was established in 1894 as a day and boarding school for boys aged 3-18 and boarders from age 11. They welcome girls for Sixth Form boarding.
Located in a scenic 100-acre wooded campus in the vibrant city of Belfast, recently voted 2nd safest city in the world. One hour flight from London or other international hubs and 3km from Belfast City Airport to School. Their 64 international boarders enhance a truly international community. The ethos is to create a welcoming “home from home” where the boys are nurtured and supported. Their commitment is to challenge and inspire every pupil to be the best they can be, to push themselves and to stand tall as contributors to a global society. Curriculum: GCSE and A Level examinations following British Education system. Strong in STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, and university progression.
Facilities: 100-acre campus includes classrooms, science labs, library, dining facility, dormitories, 11 rugby pitches, 5 cricket, 2 Astro turf, 4 tennis courts, running track, indoor shooting range, a swimming pool, strength and conditioning suite, 3 sports halls and a lake.
Boarding Facilities: Male dorms with up to 5 students per dorm in junior boarding and single study bedrooms from age 15, and en-suite study bedrooms for Sixth Form. Full service dining facility and on-site nurse.
Extra Curricular activities: Strong in sport, music, drama, politics and debating, language clubs, Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, large Combined Cadet Force with 350 cadets in Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force. Off-campus activities at weekends include shopping, cinema, sports games, beach outings etc.
