Hearts District Days
The Ministry of Health, Environment & Sustainability is visiting districts across the Cayman Islands to introduce the HEARTS initiative and gather community feedback on proposed health and environmental legislation.
Residents can learn how the HEARTS programme aims to prevent, detect and manage high blood pressure, reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke. Public health nurses will also provide free blood pressure checks.
The sessions offer an opportunity to meet the team, ask questions and share views on the Public Health Bill 2026, Environmental Health Bill 2026 and National Cancer Registry Discussion White Paper.
