Everyone’s an Asset Builder Workshop

Everyone’s an Asset Builder Workshop invites community members to discover Search Institute’s Developmental Assets framework and learn practical ways to make a lasting impact in youth development.

Participants will explore the core concepts of asset building, identify their own strengths and mentoring qualities, and consider the areas in everyday life and work where they can help foster youth growth. The workshop also examines common barriers to asset building and helps participants leave with an actionable personal commitment.

The sessions form part of an island-wide initiative encouraging collective action to strengthen support for Cayman’s young people.

West Bay: Saturday, 12th September 2026, 2pm–6pm — John Gray Memorial Church Hall
George Town: Saturday, 19th September 2026, 2pm–6pm — Central Scranton Park Hall
Bodden Town: Saturday, 26th September 2026, 2pm–6pm — Savannah United Church Hall
North Side: Saturday, 3rd October 2026, 2pm–6pm — North Side Civic Centre
East End: Saturday, 10th October 2026, 2pm–6pm — Gun Bay Civic Centre

The workshops are designed for community members, local business owners, educators, youth professionals and parents who want practical ways to support young people and strengthen youth development in their communities.

Participants can join the movement to support, guide and empower Cayman’s young people while developing practical asset-building skills to put into action.
