The Spirit Oasis is an inclusive after-school club for children aged 4–10 years. Each 90-minute session combines active play, calming activities, collaborative games and practical self-regulation strategies.
Activities are adaptable so children can participate at their own level, with sessions designed to provide a small, supportive space where they can move, play and connect with others. Spaces are intentionally limited to keep groups small and supportive. Sessions cost CI$20 per child.
When and Where:
Date: Fridays in 6-week blocks
Time: 4.30pm–6pm
Venue: Vital Spinbar & Yogaden
The club is suitable for children aged 4–10 years, with activities designed to be inclusive and adaptable.
