Join Island Soul for Walk & Vibe: Sunset Edition — a soulful early evening experience designed to move your body, lift your spirit, and bring our community together in a beautiful way. Whether you come for the rhythm, the ocean breeze, the golden skies, or simply the good vibes, this is your invitation to wind down your day with movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
✨ What to Expect:
We’ll meet at Governors Village just before sunset 5:30pm, where you’ll be given wireless headphones that create a shared soundscape as we walk together.
We’ll stroll along the soft sands of Seven Mile Beach with music flowing directly to your ears — blending energising beats with peaceful pauses.
Along the way, you’ll be guided through a short walking meditation, inviting you to ground into the present moment, breathe deeply, and fully take in the natural beauty around you.
After the walk, we’ll gather at The Village Café where you can purchase light refreshments, have good conversations, and maybe a few extra moves.

- Come as you are. Leave feeling refreshed, reconnected, and inspired.
What to Bring & Wear:
- 👟 Shoes you can easily slip off — Suggest you walk barefoot in the sand
- 👕 Comfortable clothing for light movement and beach walking – swimwear if you want to dip on the way
- 🧢 Hat to protect you from the evening sun
- 🌞 Sunscreen — it’s still bright before sunset!
- 💧 Water bottle to stay hydrated along the way
