World Mental Health Day Symposium
The World Mental Health Day Symposium is the 4th annual WMHD Symposium hosted by Kelly Holding and Infinite Mindcare. Attendees can take part in a variety of sessions led by Infinite Mindcare’s team of Masters and PhD CPAM-registered therapists. Each hour will offer different sessions to choose from, focused on strengthening mental health, building resilience and supporting wellbeing in the workplace and everyday life. Companies can purchase packages for staff to attend the whole day or selected sessions, and individuals are also welcome.
