The Honouring Women Month 25th anniversary offers several events throughout the month of march in celebration of women and their achievements.
Fitness is an important part of our holistic health and soca brings communities together. Have fun, sweat, meet new people, and enjoy the music at our HWM Soca Beach Fit, led by School of Fitness.
