About Dr. Wilbert Veit
Dr. Wilbert Veit has been a practicing dentist since 1974. His training includes specialization in the art and science of saving and preserving natural teeth. Over the years he has helped thousands of people to prevent and overcome dental problems and fears.
Upon graduating from dental school he worked for one year in New York City before starting his own private dental practice in Ocean County, New Jersey, USA, where he practiced for 27 years. Then in 2002 he moved to Grand Cayman (lured here by scuba diving) and has been at Dr. Wolfe’s Dental Centre ever since.
Dr. Veit is a general dentist, which means he does not limit his practice to any particular specialty. He has earned fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry, an organization stressing continuing education in all fields of dentistry. In addition he has been awarded fellowship status in the fields of dental implantology and endodontics (saving teeth with root canal treatment).
