Philip Paschalides is based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office and is a partner in the firm's Global Finance & Corporate Group.
Philip is a member of the multi-disciplinary private capital and trusts practice, representing private clients and family offices on the financial aspects of the cross-border transactions in which they participate.
Philip has been practising in the Cayman Islands since 2002 and, over that time, has been involved in a significant number of "pathfinder" transactions which have utilised legal structures or incorporated features that have subsequently become standard practice in the market. He has been recognised as a notable practitioner for corporate, banking, finance and capital markets transactions for a number of years by the main legal directories as well as by his peers, both onshore and offshore.
