Cost of Living – Couple Without Children

You can live fairly inexpensively in Cayman without kids and just one car. And yes, despite what you have heard, it is possible to live in Cayman and carpool. Check out how much you can save!

These expenses are based on a Teacher earning CI$3,600 per month and an Administrator earning CI$3,500 per month. This couple has one small, but reliable second-hand car and live in a one bedroom apartment in George Town. Their other expenses include dinner once per week and a movie or a cocktail once per week.

Note: you may need to purchase two cars if you each need to work and live independent lifestyles.
