There is a very active yoga community in Grand Cayman with a number of yoga centres offering classes in various styles. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you will find something to suit you.

Bliss Living and Yoga is located in The Marquee Plaza, off West Bay Road. Bliss has two large studios plus a rooftop studio and is open seven days a week with classes held throughout the day from 6am-9pm. Disciplines and classes include Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Restorative, Ashtanga and Anusara to name a few. Teacher training programmes and workshops are also held regularly with guest teachers. Cayman Yoga Club is a space for serenity of body and mind through breath, movement, conscious living, and community. Located on Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman, the studio is easily accessible to all. Flow Therapeutic Movement has a studio off Crewe Road. They teach a variety of stretch therapy and yoga classes and is the only studio to offer Yamuna Body Rolling classes, Aerial Yoga and Melt Method on Island. Beginners to advanced yogis are welcome.
